===Web Folder Location===

* By default students accounts are located under the directory ''''/home/students''''.

* The web folder that is served up by Apache is ''''/home/students/studentname/public_html''''.

* The full web reference to the home web folder is therefore: http://students.ee.sun.ac.za/home/students/studentname/public_html

* Apache references the web folder path name using the tilde '''''~'''''.

* Therefore the shortened reference is: http://students.ee.sun.ac.za/~studentname

===Publishing using SSH===

* Connect to the web server as: ssh studentname@students.ee.sun.ac.za

* Copy the web files to the ''''public_html'''' folder.

* Check that your SSH publishing software can specify a folder to copy the files to.

===Publishing using FTP===

* Connect to the web server as: ftp studentname@students.ee.sun.ac.za
